In ye name of God amen I Richard Beaumont of Hemingford Abbots in ye County of Huntingdon being of sound mind & memory do make & ordain this my last Will & Testament in manner & form following Inprimis I give devise & bequeath to my daughter Elizabeth Thompson one Hundred & Fifty pounds, One Hundred Pounds thereof to be paid one year after my decease ye other Fifty at my wife's decease. Item I give devise & bequeath to my daughter Anna Beaumont One Hundred & Fifty Pounds, One Hundred Pounds thereof to be paid one year after my decease ye other Fifty at my wife's decease. To which said Payments of One Hundred & Fifty Pounds to each of my two daughters I don't only make subject my Personal Estate but my real estate following it is to say my arable estate in Hemingford Abbots in ye County of Huntingdon late Joseph Merriels being twenty three acres or thereabouts, my Estate in Hemingford Grey in ye sd county being a cottage orchard & close adjoining in ye Thorp & three acres & half a rood of arable & one acre of meadow land all which said estates I charge with & make liable to ye 'Payment of ye abovesaid One Hundred & Fifty rounds to each of my two daughters as above and all ye rest of my real & Personal estate whether in Hemingford Abbots or Hemingford Grey in ye County of Huntingdon & all my other estate whatsoever except my copyhold estate at Rampton in ye county of Cambridge I give devise & bequeath to my loving wife for her life & after her decease to my son Richard Beaumont and of this my last will and testament do make my sd loving wife & my son Richard 3eaumont executors In witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand & Seal this 13th Day of February in ye Year of our Lord 1744: Ri: Beaumont Signed sealed published and declared to be ye last will & testament of Richard Beaumont in ye Presence of us who at his Request attested ye same.
